Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs the processing, shipment, and delivery of orders placed with Corral Western Wear. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • In the event of any major delays, we will contact you directly with an update.
  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be longer.

Shipping Rates, Delivery Estimates & Signature Requirements

All shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Corral Western Wear reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Corral Western Wear shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, governmental actions, or customs processing.

We require a signature on all Anderson Bean Orders and orders over $500. 


Domestic Shipping & Restrictions

Corral Western Wear ships to eligible locations within the United States.

We do not ship to: New York, Alaska, Hawaii, or Washington, D.C.

Any orders placed for restricted destinations will be canceled and refunded.


International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Issues & Claims

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. If you believe your package was lost or misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly and feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to help ensure timely delivery. If you notice any changes that need to be made, contact us as soon as possible at (800) 348-0318, and we will do our best to correct the issue before your order ships. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, we are always happy to help when we can. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.

Additional Shipping Options

  • Free Shipping Threshold: Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
  • Local Pickup: Available at our Aurora, Colorado store. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
