FAQ
Customer Service – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What does a strikethrough on a price mean?
A strikethrough price indicates the item’s original retail price. The current price displayed is the discounted sale price. All sale prices reflect wholesale pricing, offering customers significant savings off the original retail value.
What does the blue circle with a percentage on a product image indicate?
The blue circle displays the percentage discount applied to the item. This reflects the reduction from the original retail price to the current wholesale sale price.
Why was an item from my order refunded?
While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, discrepancies may occasionally occur. If an item is unavailable due to stock shortages, damage, or inventory errors, the item will be removed from your order and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Why did my item arrive without its original packaging?
Clearance items may not ship in their original packaging. Due to in-store clearance procedures, these products are often repackaged for shipment. If original packaging is required, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order to confirm availability.
Is website inventory always accurate?
We strive to keep our website inventory current and accurate. However, as a brick-and-mortar retailer without a centralized warehouse, occasional discrepancies may occur due to in-store sales, theft, or product damage. Should this happen, we will promptly contact you to offer a refund or a comparable replacement.
